Once you have successfully registered, the registration amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all participants, regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal.

2. No Refunds for the Following Reasons

Your registration fee will not be refunded under any of the following conditions:

Change of mind after registration

Disqualification due to ineligibility or rule violations

Non-attendance or withdrawal from the event/program for personal reasons

Health issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

Event rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

3. Transferability of Registration

Registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to participate, another person cannot take your place.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this refund policy, so we encourage all participants to register only after carefully reviewing the terms and conditions.
